CLIMB STUDIO

This is cardio with heart. Classes in the CLIMB studio are centered around a machine called a VersaClimber. In each CLIMB class, your body and the machine become one. Using your arms and legs to power the machine you will vary the resistance, play with pace and dance all out. Every CLIMB class is created for you to find your individual flow while being supported by the community.

BUILD STUDIO

This is weight training and muscle conditioning as unique as you are. Classes in the BUILD studio are programmed for success across all fitness levels and will empower you to move with more conviction than ever before. BUILD classes incorporate resistance training, free weights, body weight and circuit training. At PULSE, we know that you’re brimming with power and confidence. BUILD classes are designed so you can unlock it.

CLIMB: RHYTHM

Our total body cardio class doesn’t just change bodies, it changes lives. Expect a feel-good, total body workout with pumping music and easy to follow choreography. This body-liberating experience will make you smile, sweat and sing on your VersaClimber.

You will train both a personalized HIIT experience (think dynamic movement, circuit training and intentional weight lifting) and a curated cardio session (think motivational instruction, personalized metrics and epic beats).

Carry yourself with confidence all day, every day. Expect a free weight training class targeting your core and glutes using precise movements that build strength.
